EA-10223 urea formaldehyde resin is a formulated single-component powdery gluing agent, which features its high water resistance, mildew proofing, strong bonding and supporting cold pressing and hot pressing curing. It is convenient to use. Compared with the imported products of the same kind, it has little smell and a longer working life. It is the ideal glue for furniture assembly, veneer overlaying, wood board laminating, and wood edging .
Instruction for use 1. can be prepared with cold water.
2.The volume ratio of power to water is 3:1. The weight ratio 5: (2-3).
3.Water can be increased or reduced depending on using conditions.
4.Measure and prepare glue powder, add 2/3 of total water and then mix them until all glue powder dissolves in the water.
5.Add the remaining water and mix for using. (Use before gelation, and below 25℃, the pot life is 2-3 hours usually)

Cold pressing: minimum 6%, optimal 8-12%, maximum 15%
Hot pressing: minimum 5%, optimal 7-9%, maximum 12%s
